- 4-5 oz Spring greens
- 1 crumbled feta cheese
- 4 C fresh mango, bite size slices
- 1 C crumbled pistachios
- 1/2 C chives, chopped
- 1/2 C purple radishes, half moon slices

Arrange Spring greens on a pretty salad plate or platter, and sprinkle with feta cheese. Decorate with mango and radishes. Sprinkle with pistachios and chives. Just before serving, drizzle with Salad Girl Organic Curry & Fig.
