Sesame Slaw
Serves 3-4
- 1 C each red and white cabbage
- 1 C kale
- 1 C each raw cauliflower and broccoli
- 1/2 C red bell pepper
- 1/2 C sugar snap peas
- 1/4 C fine red onion
- 1/4 C fine scallions and or chives
- 2 Tbsp toasted black or reg. sesame seeds
- Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
- 1/2 C Salad Girl Sweet & Sassy + 1/2 cup Toasted Sesame & Ginger Organic Dressings
To Prepare Slaw:
Chop or shred cabbage. Chop all vegetables. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, add blend of Salad Girl Sweet & Sassy and Toasted Sesame & Ginger Organic Dressings, and mix thoroughly.
