Ingredients:

4 oz Greens (we used baby spinach)
- Fresh pea-sprouts if available, so yum!!!

16 oz Strawberries, washed and sliced

1/2 C Scallions, slivered

1/2 C Sugar snap peas, sliced diagonal

1/2 C English peas, raw

2 C Pacific NW Wild Caught Salad fresh deveined Shrimp marinated in Pomegranate Pear for 1 -2 hours and then skewer and on the grill for 2 minutes med.-med. high, and flip for 1-2 minutes, nice golden brown char/not black:-) cool before making salad!

1 C Sartori Bellavitano Gold cheese, grated or drunken goat, both yum!

1 C Cress or mixed microgreens

Prepare Salad:
Arrange greens upon a pretty salad plate or platter, sprinkle with cheese, decorate with strawberries, shrimp, sugar snaps, and English peas. Sprinkle with scallions and microgreens, and just before serving, drizzle with Salad Girl’s Pomegranate Pear Dressing. Enjoy!
