Ingredients:
20 little Yukon Gold Baby Potatoes cut in 1/2s boiled and cooled
2 C Celery, chopped
1 C Vidalia onion, chopped
1 C English peas or frozen peas thawed
2 C Sugar snap peas, chopped vertical slices
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
3 Bubbies Dill Pickles, chopped fine
2 T Fresh chives and dill, chopped to mix in and garnish salad.
Dressing Ingredients:
2 T Dijon mustard
1 T Honey
1/4 C Bubbies pickle juice
1/2 C Heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 bottle Salad Girl Dude Ranch Dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
To Prepare Salad: place all of the chopped ingredients into large mixing bowl and gently toss together. Fold dressing into ingredients mixing gently to make sure everything is covered with dressing. Sprinkle with fresh chives and dill. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
