Asian Pear, Ginger & Pomegranate Salad
- 5 oz. fresh organic mixed baby greens
- 2 large Asian pears sliced bite sized
- 2 Tblsp. chopped fresh mint
- 2 Tblsp. chopped fresh basil
- 2 Tblsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 Tblsp. chopped fine fresh candied ginger
- 1 C. Fresh Pomegranate Arils (seeds)
- ¼ C. Pickled Red Onion
- 1 C. Sugar Snap Peas slice diagonal
- 1 C. crumbled roasted & salted peanuts
- ½ Bottle Salad Girl Organic Pomegranate Pear Vinaigrette
- ½ Bottle Salad Girl Toasted Sesame Ginger Organic Vinaigrette
Prepare Salad: arrange fresh greens upon a pretty salad plate, or in a shallow platter, sprinkle with ½ crumbled peanuts, fresh mint, cilantro, basil and chopped fine candied ginger, decorate with sugar snap peas, pear slices and pomegranate seeds and pickled red onion, sprinkle with rest of peanuts- and just before serving, whisk together ½ bottle Pomegranate Pear w/ ½ bottle Toasted Sesame Ginger and serve- Enjoy!
