• 4-6 Haralson Apples chopped bite size
• 4 sweet potatoes sliced in ½ inch- ½ moons, tossed in organic sunflower oil, salt & pepper and roasted @ 425 degrees for 25 minutes till golden brown-cool!
• 3 golden beets peeled and sliced in raw matchsticks
• ½ C. Golden Raisins
• 1 C. Crumbled oiled & salted organic Walnuts
• ½ C. grated fresh Fennel
• ¼ C. Snippettes of Fennel for garnish
• 1 C. Sartori Large Grated Parmesan
• 1 bottle Salad Girl Crisp Apple Maple Organic Vinaigrette

To Prepare Salad: In large shallow bowl combine all ingredients and gently toss together w/ ½ bottle Salad Girl Crisp Apple Maple Vinaigrette, salt & pepper to taste
