Pear, Peanut, Rice Cracker Salad
- 4-5 oz Mixed Greens
- 2 Asian Pears, sliced thin
- 1/2C Sartori Sarvecchio cheese, grated
- 1/2C Peanuts, roasted and salted
- 1C Bhuja Snacks Rice Cracker mix
- 1/4C Fennel grated and 4-6 sprigs of fennel for garnish
- 1/2C Red Onions, sliced paper thin
- Salad Girl Organic Toasted Sesame Ginger, Pomegranate Pear, or Citrus Splash Vinaigrette
To Prepare Salad: Arrange greens on a platter or divide among salad plates. Decorate with ingredients and drizzle with your choice of Salad Girl right before serving.
