This is one of my favorite salads. Roasted baby carrots are really easy and delicious with our Salad Girl’s Organic Lemony Herb. Add the carrots to your favorite greens with farro, chickpeas, and pepitas. To give our Lemony Herb Vinaigrette a twist, whisk in a bit of tahini. Viola - a hearty salad for a vegetarian meal or add a protein of your choosing. Yum!
