    Whether you're eating Whole30, plant-based, ovo-vegetarian, vegan, and/or gluten-free in 2019, Salad Girl has amazing, lip smacking options for you. Check out the delectable recipes below to keep you healthy and feeling energized, and keep in mind you only need a little drizzle of Salad Girl to give you great flavor for a nutritious meal.

    • All 9 of our dressings are gluten-free.
    • Salad Girl Organic Dressings do not contain cane sugar or dairy.
    • We have 4 totally vegan dressings: Citrus Splash, Pomegranate Pear, Dark Cocoa & Sea Salt (tastes like an awe-inspiring balsamic vinaigrette), and our Crisp Apple Maple. Our other dressings contain a bit of organic honey.
    • We have 2 dressings that meet Whole30 requirements. Our Citrus Splash and Pomegranate Pear are only sweetened with organic fruit juice. After the 30 days, our dressings that contain organic honey or organic maple syrup will also be an option.
