Creamy Apple Maple Kale Slaw
Serves 4-6
- 2 C kale, chopped
- 2 C Napa cabbage, chopped
- 1 C fennel bulb, chopped
- 1/2 C red onion, chopped fine
- 2 Haralson apples, cut small bite size
- 1 C roasted salted pecans
- 1/2 C St. Pete's Select blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 C dried cranberries
- 1/4 bottle Salad Girl Crisp Apple Maple
- 1/2 bottle Salad Girl Lemony Caesar
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (not necessary, but it's a great add in)
To Prepare: Combine all chopped ingredients into a 2 quart bowl with cheese and nuts. Just before serving, whisk together Salad Girl Lemony Caesar and Crisp Apple Maple with a twist of fresh cracked pepper. Tweak your dressing to taste, blend dressing and ingredients together, and serve.
