To Roast Walnuts, Pecans, Hazelnuts, Cashews, Almonds:
- Preheat your oven to 275 degrees and spread nuts out evenly on a shallow baking pan.
- Roast for 50-60 minutes stirring occasionally. Low and slow for these precious little nuggets of yum!
After they cool, if you want to add sea salt or other dry seasoning (curry, pepper, cayenne, chile powder, etc) toss nuts with a dollop of olive oile, toss gently and then add seasoning and toss again. Enjoy!
