      Finely grate 1 cup of Sartori Bellavitano Gold cheese.

      Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

      Plop 10-12 Tablespoon sized spoonfulls of Parmesan onto parchment lined backing sheet, spacing the spoonfuls about 1/2 inch apart. Lighly pat down and bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
