- 5 oz mixed baby greens
- 2 ripe orchard apples, cut in bite-sized wedges
- 1 C beets, cut bite-sized
- 1 C cheddar cheese, grated or sliced
- 1 C pecans or walnuts, roasted and crumbled

To Prepare Salad: Arrange greens upon a pretty platter or divide among 4-5 salad plates. Decorate with apples, beets, cheddar, and nuts. Just before serving, drizzle with Salad Girl.
