    You will definitely make a big enough splash & wash away any winter blues with this bright and beautiful pink grapefruit & roasted wild caught shrimp salad! 

    I like to cook & eat by the season, and it is definitely Citrus Season! The Ruby Reds from Florida are exceptionally sweet and juicy delicious this year and fortunately, I received a basket as a New Year's gift from a generous Minnesota snowbird, so we are making everything Ruby Red.  Enjoy!
