Lemony Caesar Salad
Serves 4-6
- 2 heads of organic romaine chopped large bite size
- 4/ 6 minute jammy soft-boiled eggs, cooled, peeled, sliced 1/4
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese, shaved
- 1 bottle Salad Girl Lemony Caesar Organic Dressing (for a super creamy/dreamy dressing whisk in 1/4 C. Heavy whipping cream with Lemony Caesar)
- *1 C. Sheet Pan Bread & Butter Croutons
Prepare Salad: place all ingredients into large shallow bowl, toss gently, garnish each serving with jammy eggs & extra bread & butter croutons, Enjoy!
