Cowboy Cobb Salad
This is our local twist on a Cobb Salad featuring two, great tasting, Minnesota companies: Eichten's smoked gouda and Salad Girl's Creamy Dude Ranch Organic Dressing. Add in black beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, and rotisserie chicken for a delectable entree salad.
