To Prepare: arrange greens upon a pretty spring salad plate, bowl or upon a pretty platter. Sprinkle with cheese & decorate with sugar snap peas, julienned carrots, pea shoots, radishes, and sunnies. Just before serving, drizzle with your choice of Salad Girl Organic Dressing.
