Tropical Buddha Bowl
Makes 3-4 bowls
- 4 oz mixed greens
- 1 C mixed grains or rice, cooked
- 1 C raw cashews
- 1 C fresh cut pineapple
- 1/2 C golden raisins
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1/2 C unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tsp black sesame seeds, toasted
- Salad Girl Organic Citrus Splash, Chili Limon or Toasted Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette
Fill bowls with mixed greens and grains. Decorate with cashews, pineapple, raisins, carrots, and coconut flakes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Drizzle with your choice of Salad Girl dressing listed above.
Optional Add-ons: Marinate tofu or chicken in same dressings for 2-3 hours in fridge.
