1 fresh heads of organic romaine - large bite size chop
4 cooled and peeled 6 minute jammy eggs sliced 1/4
1.5 cups shaved Parm or Peccorino Romano cheese
1 bottle Salad Girl Creamy Caesar Organic Salad Dressing
2 cups crumbled *bread and butter croutons (recipe below)
Bread and Butter Croutons
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp organic sunflower oil
2 cups fresh baguette torn into small pieces
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss baguette pieces in bowl with melted butter & organic sunflower oil and spread on parchment paper lined sheet pan, bake tossing occasionally until golden, 10-15 minutes, cool and crumble more.
Skip the tongs. Use your hands to gently toss romaine leaves with dressing, croutons, and Parmesan or Pecorino. Serve right away.
