Salad Girl Waldorf Salad
- 5 oz container organic mixed greens
- 1 cup of St Petes Select Blue cheese grated
- 2 Honey Crisp Apples sliced bite sized
- 1/2 cup shaved or chopped fennel
- 1/2 cup Cleveland Kitchens pickled red onion
- 1 cup crumbled walnuts
- 1 bottle Salad Girl Organic Crisp Apple Maple Vinaigrette
To Prepare Salad: Arrange greens upon a pretty salad plate or platter, sprinkle with cheese, decorate with apples, fennel, pickled onion and walnuts and just before serving drizzle with Salad Girl Crisp Apple Maple Vinaigrette.
