All Spiced Up Sesame Caesar Salad
Makes 4 lovely meal sized salads:-) add air-fried tofu, grilled chicken, pork or shrimp for more protein!
- 2 packs (4 little heads) of Revol Greens Twin Romaine-outer leaves torn off and stem trimmed
- 1 whole large( 1/4 cup) Asian purple daikon radish or rose-heart radish cut confetti sized cubes
- 2-3 Golden Asian Pears sliced in thin slices (these pears are crunch crispy like an apple:-)
- 2 Tblsp fresh mint
- 2 Tblsp fresh cilantro
- 2 Tblsp green onion
- 1/2 cup shaved ribbons of fresh Sartori Bellavitano Gold Cheese
- 1/2 bottle of Salad Girl Toasted Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette
- 1/2 Bottle Salad Girl Lemony Ceasar
- 1/8 cup K-Momma mild or hot sauce
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 3 oz Trader Joes Mee Krob Thai Rice Noodle Snacks crumbled
- 1/4 cup toasted parmasen crisps crumbled fine
The Mee Krob & Parm Crumble: Mix together Mee Krob with 1/8 cup toasted sesame seeds and parm crisps.
The Spicy Sesame Caesar Dressing: Whisk together in bullet blender: 1/2 bottle Salad Girl Lemony Ceasar with 1/2 bottle Toasted Sesame Ginger, 1/8 cup K-Momma Sauce, 1/8th cup toasted sesame seeds, mint, cilantro and green onion
To Prepare Salad: Remove the outer leaves on each little head of romaine, trim stem and slice each in 1/2, fan out onto dinner plates. Decorate with Asian Pear Slices, sprinkle with radish confetti, cheese, and Mee Krob Crumble and just before serving drizzle with Spicy Sesame Caesar Dressing. Enjoy!
