Crisp, fresh baby greens adorned with the bittersweet bite of a juicy, scarlet Moro orange balanced with salty morsels of marinated baby artichoke hearts, Ricotta Salata, and the toasty, rich crunch of pine nuts finished with a drizzle of one of our favorite winter vinaigrettes.
